Dry Epoxy Polyester Thermosetting Powder Coating is made by using high quality polyester and TGIC. It has various products such as high light, half light, metal effect, art, wrinkles and so on.

The powder coating has excellent weather resistance and chemical resistance, high mechanical strength and tenacity of coating.

Product ProfileCp-05 thermosetting polyester powder coating is made of special polyester, special curing agent and additives. This product does not contain TGIC, more in line with environmental requirements. Varieties of high light, half light, matte, metal effect, art, wrinkles and other color products.

Dry storage stability12 months (less than 30 ℃)
PretreatmentAluminum: according to the ISO / din50939 standard, the aluminum material is pretreated with yellow chromate or green chromate. It is recommended to use deionized water for the last water cleaning, and dry in the drying furnace at no more than 90 ℃ to ensure the best adhesion and achieve the best durability.

Steel plate: chromate or zinc phosphating. It is suggested that the best protection should be given to the former drug suppliers.

Galvanized sheet: phosphating with zinc chromate. In order to avoid pinholes in the cured coating caused by tiny bubbles, preheating is recommended.
Curing process1. Low temperature curing 160 ℃ @ 25min (MT)
2. Conventional curing 180 ℃ @ 15min (MT)
3. Rapid curing 200 ℃ @ 10min (MT)
Construction methodElectrostatic and friction gun spraying, manual and automatic. Metal flash powder can only be applied with electrostatic coating, and arts and crafts powder is recommended to use automatic gun spraying to ensure uniform color and appearance effect.
