Pretreatment | In order to achieve the ideal adhesion, it is suggested that the substrate should be properly pretreated and dried before coating. Aluminum: according to the ISO / dn50939 standard, the aluminum material is pretreated with yellow chromate or green chromate. It is recommended to use deionized water for the last water cleaning, and dry in the drying furnace at no more than 90 ℃ to ensure the best adhesion and achieve the best durability. Steel plate: Iron Phosphating or zinc phosphating improves corrosion resistance and adhesion, zinc phosphating is recommended. It is suggested that the best protection should be given to the former drug suppliers. Galvanized steel sheet: phosphating with zinc chromate. In order to avoid pinholes in the cured coating caused by micro bubbles, it is suggested to use preheating and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature higher than the curing temperature of the powder coating. | |

Construction method | Electrostatic and friction gun spraying and fluidized bed, manual and automatic. Only electrostatic coating process can be used for metal flash powder. In order to ensure uniform color and appearance effect of art powder, automatic spraying is recommended. | |
