Manufacturing technology of powder coating
The coating is prepared by mixing special resin, pigment and filler, curing agent and other additives in a certain proportion, and then by hot extrusion, crushing and screening. They are stored stably at room temperature. After electrostatic spraying, friction spraying (thermosetting method) or fluidized bed dip coating (thermoplastic method), they are heated, baked, melted and solidified to form a flat and bright permanent film, so as to achieve the purpose of decoration and anti-corrosion.
